1. Products

We sell modular leather belts (the Origin system) consisting of interchangeable straps and buckles. Minor variations in leather grain are natural and not a defect.

2. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, in which case you will be fully refunded.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Free shipping applies to all orders to Spain and the rest of the European Union.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Parfect name, logo, product designs, photography, and text, is the property of Parfect and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Parfect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, including the LSSI-CE and applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Zaragoza, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
